My name is Tracy Heilers and I have a beautiful 20'X20' yoga studio in my Saint Charles home.   I teach a variety of drop-in hatha yoga classes each week.  I completed my yoga teacher training in 2003 at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, Arizona and  I am also a Quantum Touch Energy Healing practitioner.   I incorporate the Eden Energy Routine into all of my classes.  My goal for each class is to customize my instruction to address all of your health needs. 

My specialty classes include Fertility Enhancement Yoga, Yoga for Women's Health, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Family Yoga, Brainy Kids Yoga, and Yoga Playdates.   Ask about yoga instruction for day camps and scout troops as well!
